Hello all!

Thanks to everyone that came out for light painting last Thursday! This week we’ll be having a dinner + social in Westwood! Come by and discuss photography with other club members and officers! We’ll also be discussing some tentative plans for the next quarter. We’ll be meeting up at the Bruin Bear this Thursday, the 14th at 7:00 PM. Bring some cash, ’cause we’ll be eating out in Westwood (unless someone wants to swipe us into Bruin Plate?!)

What’s happening in LA:

WESTWOOD:

The entire month of November is Arts Restore LA, right here in Westwood! It’s a series of popup shops, workshops, and other programming hosted by our own UCLA Hammer Museum! Shops and galleries are open  Thursday-Saturday from 11AM-8PM, and Sundays 11AM-5PM.

DOWNTOWN:

Once again, it’s the 2nd Thursday of the month, and that means LA ArtWalk! Art galleries and studio spaces open their doors for passerbys, and multiple food trucks are also in attendance (http://www.truckitfest.com/) (Third and Spring). You can get there by taking the 720 Metro bus (there’s a stop on Wilshire) to Downtown.
